About Snohomish County, WA. Welcome to the Snohomish County Trunk Radio System. The radio system is a Motorola Type II SmartZone system and more info about the system can be found at Intercept Radio Wiki and Snohomish County Emergency Radio System. Also known as SERS. Please read this FAQ prior to sending me questions. The FAQ will answer most common questions. The two Live scanner feeds include radio communications from SNOPAC and SNOCOM dispatch centers. Follow the Snohomish County Feed on Twitter! When a big incident is going, I will lock the scanner on that talk group. SNOPAC no longer uses tones to dispatch the Fire Departments. So for us old timers that miss the tones, I put together an album that has almost all the tones they use to send out. Check out the site.
